What we collect
We collect information you provide directly: your name, company, email address and shipment details when you request a quote through our contact form, and your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter. We also collect tracking numbers you enter to look up shipment status.
How we use it
Quote requests are used to respond to your enquiry and prepare rates, routes and ETAs. Newsletter emails are used only to send you logistics updates and insights; you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Where it's stored
Form submissions and newsletter subscriptions are stored securely with our hosting and database providers. Email notifications are delivered through our email service provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, email hello@tntlogismart.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Retention
We keep quote requests for as long as needed to service your enquiry and meet legal obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
