Quotes and tracking
Rates, routes and ETAs communicated through this site are indicative and subject to confirmation in a service agreement. Tracking information is provided in good faith based on carrier data and may lag actual shipment status.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, graphics, logos and design — belongs to TNTLogismart Freight Co. and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, TNTLogismart is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Carriage of goods is governed by the applicable service agreement and international conventions, not by these website terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
